Rebecca Wolsten is the designer and founder of Liam of York (LOY), a slow fashion clothing and accessories line that celebrates ancient textile techniques through a modern point of view. All silk items are hand dyed, while printed fabrics are locally sourced from makers around the world practicing heritage techniques. All pieces are assembled in New York City.

Rebecca Wolsten is a New York City fashion industry veteran with seven years experience in commercial fashion design. Ms. Wolsten has worked with Jones New York, Lilla P, and Target to name a few of the many brands she has collaborated with. A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she resides in Brooklyn and rides her bike around town when she is not sewing and dyeing.
